  • Online UPS Warranty Terms

    1. The main unit is covered by a three-year warranty (with a one-year warranty for the internal battery).
    2. Free repairs and replacement parts are provided during the warranty period. Machine failures caused by force majeure or human factors are not covered under warranty.
    3. Do not tamper with the machine or damage its serial number, as doing so will automatically void the product warranty.
    4. On-site installation, commissioning, and repair services are available upon request.

  • Warranty Terms for Online Interactive UPS (Including Inverter)

    1. Two-year free warranty (one-year warranty for internal batteries).
    2. Free repairs and replacement parts are provided during the warranty period. However, machine failures caused by force majeure or human factors are not covered under warranty.
    3. Do not tamper with the machine or damage its serial number, as doing so will automatically void the product warranty.

  • Warranty Terms for Valve-Regulated Sealed Lead-Acid Batteries

    1. 12V series batteries rated at 24AH and above, as well as 2V series batteries, carry a three-year warranty. 12V batteries rated at 17AH and below carry a one-year warranty.
    2. Damage to the battery caused by human error or improper use is not covered under warranty.
    3. Leaks, short circuits, or cosmetic damage caused during manufacturing are eligible for return or replacement.

  • Surveillance products

    One-year warranty.

  • Air Conditioning Products

    One-year warranty, extendable by agreement.

  • Power Distribution Products

    One-year warranty, extendable by agreement.

  • Paid services are available for all products outside their warranty period. Fees cover only material costs and labor charges.
